The first thing you need to do is decide what day you will need moving services. Make sure you will have signed all documents and have access to your new residence or storage prior to your move. Request the day off from work if necessary. Reserve elevators/loading docks in advance to ensure availability and easy access for your moving company.
Our prices are listed on our home page. If you have trouble deciding which package to choose, you can request a rate quote via email or telephone. We encourage you to shop around and compare our prices and services with other companies before making a final decision. In addition, you must review our terms of service listed on the policies page.
If we prove to be the right moving company for you, give us a call and we will be happy to reserve your move! We will require a $100 deposit to hold your reservation. If you cancel the reservation at any point, the $100 deposit is held as a cancellation fee. Once your deposit has been charged an automated text message will be sent to your cellphone with a confirmation of the date, time, and price of your move.
We will be handling and prepping all of the furniture. It is your responsibility to prepare your boxes and home before the movers arrive. You can reference the policies page of the website to see what is covered and not covered under our insurance policy. All valuables should be moved prior to our arrival. We work rain or shine, but you may reschedule your move without penalty as long as you give at least a 24 hour notice.
If you make an afternoon reservation, you have been given an expected window of arrival. You will not be the first job of the day, and the driver will give you a 30 minute advance notice before arriving. We are sometimes late for afternoon jobs.
If you make a morning reservation, you will be the first job of the day and the movers will arrive promptly at your scheduled time. The clock does not start until our arrival and will remain on for loading, driving and unloading.
